We personally know the people who produce what you find on your table. Trentingrana cheese, speck, barley, vegetables – every ingredient comes from local producers just a few kilometres from the hotel.

Breakfast is a sweet and savoury buffet with fresh products, freshly baked croissants, local cold cuts and cheeses, and eggs cooked to order. Everything you need to start your day full of energy.

Children don’t just eat “pasta with tomato sauce”: Chef Teresa prepares dishes specially designed for them.

We also take care of your intolerances and allergies and offer vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
